SellTheDips LLC provides trading education and commentary only. Nothing on this site is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Trade alerts describe what we are doing and why; they are not instructions for your account. You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions.
Risk disclosure
Trading stocks, options, and other instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for every investor. You can lose some or all of your capital. Past performance, including any alert record shown on this site, is not indicative of future results. Never trade with money you cannot afford to lose, and consider seeking advice from a licensed professional.
Terms of service
By using this site or a membership, you agree to use the service lawfully, keep your account credentials secure, and not redistribute member content or alerts outside the community. Memberships are personal to you. We may update the service and these terms over time, and continued use means you accept the current version.
Membership, billing, and cancellation
Memberships are billed monthly through Stripe at the price shown at checkout. You can cancel anytime from your account; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refund eligibility, where it applies, is described at checkout and in your confirmation.
Privacy
We collect only what we need to run your membership: your account details, contact information, and the phone number you verify for SMS alerts. We do not sell your personal information. Payment details are handled by Stripe, and we use trusted providers such as Firebase, Discord, and Twilio to deliver the service.
SMS and communications
By verifying a phone number you consent to receive trade alerts and account messages by text. Message and data rates may apply. You can remove or change your number in your account at any time to stop SMS alerts.
